**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:
Specifically, this role will:

- Organize and generate reports for the client accounts you are responsible for
- Strong communication
- Strong presentation skills is critical - Present performance results to clients on a monthly basis
- Be proactive and anticipate client needs before they are requested and review with the team.
- Take the lead in the planning process
- Demonstrate outstanding copy editing and writing skills.
- Ensure all projects contain the appropriate legal documentation
- Negotiate with the client for renewal of contracts which are both mutually beneficial.
- Work with Business Development Manager and senior staff on pitches by providing strategic advice and effective solutions to incorporate.
- Represent Ignite Digital at conferences or other industry events
- Up-selling existing accounts
- Manage timelines and budgets
- Consistently meet project deadlines
- Proactively communicate with all clients quarterly basis to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service and ensure account renewal.
- Work well in a team atmosphere, cultivating success for all.
- Train staff in area of expertise (i.e. social media, website development, digital marketingetc.)
- Develop and maintain a strong positive relationship with the client while demonstrating a genuine sense of responsibility for the client success and also Ignite Digital’s success.
- Manage and maintain client portfolios

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- An established understanding of Digital Marketing is critical
- Outstanding communication skills is critical
- 4+ years relevant business experience
- 2+ years in digital marketing capacity is preferred
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Effective in organizing team members to accomplish client goals
- High Proficient computer skills including; Photoshop, Google Suites
- Advanced negotiation, writing and organization skills.
- Leadership qualities and team motivation
- Post-secondary education

Pay: $45,100.00-$65,839.88 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
