Russell Hendrix is looking to add a **Bilingual Customer Care Specialist** to join our **Strategic Accounts** team. You’ll be a vital part of the team, providing high level customer service to Russell Hendrix clients. This position requires superior telephone and communications skills. This position is ideal for an individual with vision, who prides themselves on their professionalism and integrity, looking for a position that they can be passionate about.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Place client orders with accuracy.
- Issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Refer escalated customer calls to Customer Service Manager.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Assist customers with standard account-related requests.
- Provide information about Company products and services, charges and service conditions, and service availability.
- Update Sugar with accurate messages regarding transactions.
- Conduct call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction, as necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- You are French/English bilingual, able to communicate in all channels fluently in both languages.
- You have at least 2 years of customer service experience
- You are passionate about helping others and problem solving
- You are tech-savvy, with strong computer skills.
- A knowledge of Russell Hendrix products is an asset.
- A desire to learn and grow is essential.
- Pleasant demeanour and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent.
