**The Role**

The Ad Tech Solutions Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the direct sales funnel including vetting, scheduling, coordinating all procedures, activities and documentation. and new client onboarding. This role will report directly to the Director, Ad Tech Solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Manages CRM database, ensuring that all clients contract details are up-to-date at all times
- Handles tasks and duties related to new client onboarding
- Manages and updates sales and marketing collateral as needed
- Assists with prospecting research and data collection
- Manages the workflow of Dandelion’s inside sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing
- Conducts sales pitches over web conference, teleconference, and in person
- Drafts and processes sales contracts
- Assists with RFP development as needed
- Assists with annual competitive reviews
- Assists with monthly billing reports
- Additional tasks and duties as required

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years experience in digital advertising sales OR admin, with a basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Excellent and intuitive interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), process and detail oriented, organized, strong time management skills
- Previous use of CRM platform Salesforce is an asset but not essential
- Previous use of any of the Google Marketing Platform products (or similar) is an asset but not essential
