Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. **Your Team**
We're a friendly, collaborative group of people who push each other to do better every day. We find unique strategies to close deals and expand our skills by challenging ourselves and others. Whether out in the field with a partner or tackling challenges with your territory team, you always have camaraderie and support to help accomplish your goals. You will report to the Regional Sales Director, Central Canada.
**What you'll be doing**
- Provide product education through planned evaluations and implementations including both on-site at the hospital as well as virtual
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of annual Baxter clinical studies focused on patient falls, pressure injuries and deterioration with customers including collecting and analyzing the data captured, prepare, develop, and lead a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the findings and results to key clinical leaders including Professional Practice, Quality Teams, Educators, Directors of clinical programs and VP’s responsible for patient care
- Work closely with the Regional Manager, Account Managers, Specialists and other team members to develop and complete account plans and sales strategies
- Travel as required (up to 75% of the time)
**What you'll bring**
- Registered nursing designation, degree, diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of nursing experience at an acute care hospital (ICU, Medical/Surgical Floors)
- Experience working in professional practice, clinical informatics or as a clinical educator is preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Previous medical device experience preferred
- Adaptable and flexible
**Reasonable Accommodations**
