**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation in both buying and selling properties.
- Conduct market analysis to inform clients of current trends and property values.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and progress.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay ahead of market developments and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their real estate journey.
- Network actively within the community to establish strong relationships and generate referral business.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Not mandatory but having a Real estate license with 1 or 2 years of experience is an asset

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient at MS Word, Excel, etc...
- Fluency in multiple languages (ex: Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Hindi, etc...)
- Track history of exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in fast paced environments
- Experience successfully working independently and in teams
- Experience taking ideas, implementing them, monitoring them, tweaking, then implementing again

The above mention a lot of "preferred" skills and experience but tonnes of self-directed training will be provided. Character, attitude and work ethic trumps skills and experience in this business, so emphasis will be on that.
