**Talent/Admin Manager**:
The vision of the Talent Manager is to assist the Operator in acquiring and onboarding top-tier talent while maintaining and developing said talent to harbor the culture, vision, and values of the restaurant. The individual in this role is vital to casting Chick-fil-A Square One’s mission, vision, and core values to the new members joining our team, they are the first introduction to the culture, care, and safety we value.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three years experience in an HR or Organizational Development role
- Outstanding organization, record-keeping, and planning skills with the ability to keep track of multiple priorities, tasks, situations, and people
- Tech savvy with great communication skills - both oral and written
- Track record of successful leadership development
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Very detailed oriented with incredible soft skills
- Mature and dependable while balancing results and relationships
- Creative self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly
- Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, and inclusive
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Superior growth mindset inside and outside of the business

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute recruitment pipelines
- Actively managing and filling vacancies on the team with the end goal to have a stable workforce, reduced turnover, and increased retention rate
- Conduct interview, onboarding process and discuss results/next steps with Operator
- Team Member handbook enforcement - responsible for ensuring that corrective actions and performance reviews are administered fairly and consistently throughout the organization, including proper documentation
- Conduct team members' orientation and onboarding

**Team Member Training and Development**:

- Schedule training for new team members appropriately
- Stay up-to-date with training procedures, continuously updating training guides as needed
- Policy handbook enforcement - responsible to ensure that corrective actions and performance reviews are administered fairly and consistently throughout the organization, including proper documentation
- Produce a Personal Development Plan that addresses priorities for leadership and personal growth annually
- Create and implement highly effective systems to hold all personnel accountable for achieving goals set
- Develop a culture of a growth-minded team and encourage and facilitate communication within the business
- Intentionally developing and influencing staff to be motivated and enthusiastic - to have systems in place to ensure the happiness/ fulfillment of the team is intentional
- Enthusiastically represents the Chick-fil-A brand and fosters building long-term relationships

**Administrative Duties**:

- Schedule orientation for all new hires alongside Operator's schedule
- Expected to have expert knowledge of policy manual and implement consistently with the entire team
- Oversee administration of benefits for the team, including; vacation, Insurance, and other benefits
- Maintain the highest food safety standard by following the guidelines in Food Safety Manual
- Maintaining uniform organization, requests, and proper returns as needed
- Other HR and administrative duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
