Kearns Insurance Corporation is a boutique insurance marketing firm in downtown Toronto specializing in employee and executive benefits, funding shareholder agreements and sophisticated planning for successful Canadians.
Our company is looking for a Client Support Manager to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and assist in managing Early Term Liabilities waivers, ensuring customer charges are valid and accurate;
- Provide assigned customers service inventories and spend as requested;
- Validate customer contacts and encourage customer to complete relationship surveys;
- Prioritize and effectively manage customer requests and inquiries throughout lifecycle resulting in revenue retention and customer churn reduction;
- Assess customer risk (i.e. leverage internal churn score) while offering appropriate customer treatment minimizing churn tendencies.

- Good Phone skills;
- General knowledge of marketing principles and processes;
- Oral and written communication skills.
**Salary**: $21.50-$24.23 per hour
