**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize tools such as Project Server, Workday, Basecamp, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
- Implement Agile methodologies including Kanban and SAFe to enhance team productivity.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for successful project execution.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to identify stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in project management software including Project Server, Workday, Basecamp, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Kanban and SAFe.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Experience in vendor management and building strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**
- Independent Contracted position
- Strong communication interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to liaise between field and office seamlessly
- Relevant skills in Project management methodology and Project management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.62-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)
