Purpose of the Role

Le spécialiste de l’apprentissage* sera chargé de concevoir, de mettre au point et d’offrir du contenu d’apprentissage dans divers formats. Il devra notamment animer des formations, analyser les besoins et les lacunes, concevoir et évaluer des cours et des programmes et participer à divers projets et initiatives en tant qu’expert de l’apprentissage et du perfectionnement. Il fera partie de l’équipe Apprentissage, qui fait la promotion d’une culture d’apprentissage continu au sein du cabinet. L’équipe voit à créer des programmes et des cours favorisant la littéraire numérique ainsi que d’enseigner aux membres du cabinet comment utiliser efficacement les outils technologiques à leur disposition.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development
- Promote a continuous learning culture as part of the national Learning team strategy and objectives.
- Facilitate learning in a variety of settings, including one-on-one, small or large group classes, presenting information in logical, accurate and informative manner.
- Keep firm members apprised of upcoming learning initiatives.
- Maintain course scheduling and attendance within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- In-depth knowledge of eLearning and educational software and systems.
- Develop and maintain digital and technology learning and development curriculum, which may include lesson plans, user guides, job aids, videos.
- Conduct needs analysis, gap analysis and assessments to improve/develop/amend curriculum related to the learning and development requirements and/or firm-wide initiatives. Based on analysis and assessment, determine the appropriate learning and development solutions and/or recommend the appropriate solution.
- Collaborate with functional groups to provide technology learning advice, guidance & expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with the learner community (including Management and across functional units).
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and reference materials
- Continually facilitate knowledge transfer, sharing, and innovation within the Learning team, the Knowledge and Innovation department and across the Firm.

General
- Other duties may be assigned. Some travel may be required

- Promouvoir une culture d’apprentissage continu conformément à la stratégie et aux objectifs de l’équipe nationale Apprentissage.
- Animer diverses séances de formation individuelles ou en groupe, petit ou grand, et présenter le contenu de façon logique, exacte et instructive.
- Tenir les membres du cabinet au courant des initiatives d’apprentissage à venir.
- Tenir à jour le calendrier de formation et faire le suivi de la participation dans le système de gestion de l’apprentissage (SGA).
- Posséder une connaissance approfondie des logiciels et des systèmes de formation et d’apprentissage en ligne.
- Créer et tenir à jour le programme de formation et de perfectionnement lié aux outils numériques et technologiques, notamment au moyen de plans de cours, de guides, d’aide-mémoire et de vidéos.
- Évaluer et analyser les besoins et les lacunes afin d’améliorer, de monter ou de modifier des programmes adaptés aux besoins et aux initiatives du cabinet en matière d’apprentissage et de perfectionnement. Déterminer et recommander les solutions d’apprentissage et de perfectionnement appropriées en fonction des analyses et des évaluations réalisées.
- Collaborer avec divers services afin d’offrir des conseils et une expertise en matière d’apprentissage technologique.
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les apprenants (y compris la direction et les différents services).
- Veiller à ce que les documents d’information et de référence soient à jour et exacts.
- Favoriser en permanence le partage et l’échange des connaissances ainsi que l’innovation au sein des équipes Apprentissage et Savoir et innovation ainsi qu’à l’échelle du cabinet.
