Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator. As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to the success of our organization and grow with the company.
**Duties**:
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare professionals
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist with billing
- Handle confidential client information with utmost discretion
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $400.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
Work Location: In person
