**About the Role**:
**Job Title: Character Artist Outsource Manager**

**Details**:
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Character Artist Outsource Manager to help deliver high quality character assets through our external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a bridge between the internal character team and our external partners to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
- Partner with the Art Director and Lead Character Artist to understand, train, and reinforce character creation best practices, processes and art direction goals.
- Assist where required in due diligence and onboarding of new external partners, as well as offboarding partners from our projects.
- Actively work with the Production team to help remove roadblocks with external partners.
- Promptly review work submitted by external partners, ensuring that it hits the quality standards set by our Art and Technical Directors and Leads.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Art, Animation, or related field.

**Required Skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with 3D software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
