**À propos du poste**

Ingénieurs Canada est actuellement à la recherche d’un.e spécialiste des communications, qui aura pour mandat de travailler à l’élaboration et à l’exécution d’une stratégie de communication pour l’organisme, ainsi que ses programmes et ses projets. Le ou la titulaire doit notamment travailler avec les chefs de programme de toutes les unités d'Ingénieurs Canada pour faire progresser l’organisme vers la réalisation de ses objectifs stratégiques. Il ou elle est responsable de tous les aspects de la planification des communications : conception stratégique, rédaction et révision, collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes et exécution des campagnes de communication et de promotion sur les canaux numériques et traditionnels. Cette personne doit également gérer l’engagement sur les réseaux sociaux et contribuer à nos périodiques.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires, les membres des équipes de clients internes, les membres de l’équipe des communications, les experts en la matière, les parties prenantes et les fournisseurs pour élaborer et exécuter des activités de communications qui contribuent au succès du plan stratégique et du plan opérationnel annuel d’Ingénieurs Canada.
- Rédiger et réviser des contenus stratégiquement ciblés, destinés aux médias numériques et traditionnels (y compris les réseaux sociaux), du matériel promotionnel, des contenus Web, des articles, des communiqués de presse, des discours, des présentations, des rapports et du matériel de formation.
- Explorer et exploiter les nouvelles tendances et technologies en matière de communications afin d’améliorer le programme de communications d'Ingénieurs Canada et ses résultats.
- Utiliser l'analytique Web, l’analytique des médias sociaux, des sondages et d'autres indicateurs de performance pour mesurer le succès des produits de communications d'Ingénieurs Canada, tels que les sites Web et les périodiques, et améliorer continuellement leur ciblage, leur rayonnement et leur impact.
- Élaborer des ressources vidéo, visuelles et graphiques, à la fois directement et en collaboration avec des fournisseurs externes, pour soutenir les initiatives de communications.
- Contribuer aux activités de communications internes.

***Exigences en matière de formation et d’expérience**

***Études**
- Diplôme d'une université reconnue, avec une spécialisation en journalisme, en communications, en relations publiques, en marketing, ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.

**Expérience**
- Minimum de cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un rôle lié aux communications.

**Compétences clés**
- Expérience en matière d’élaboration et d’exécution de stratégies de communications - utilisation des médias sociaux, approches de marketing, relations avec les médias et gestion de contenu Web.
- Expérience en rédaction d’articles, de discours, de présentations, de notes d’information, de messages clés et d’autres documents semblables, y compris du contenu numérique.
- Expérience dans la transformation de documents complexes et détaillés en produits de communications concis, cohérents et accessibles.
- Maîtrise de l’utilisation des principes, des pratiques et des outils de gestion de projet; capacité éprouvée à livrer des projets à temps et dans les limites des budgets.
- Expérience de travail avec diverses cultures au sein du personnel, des bénévoles, des clients et de la collectivité en général.
- Solides capacités organisationnelles, compétences relationnelles et compétences en résolution de problèmes et en gestion du temps.

**Souhaitable**
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de Microsoft Office 365 Business, SharePoint et Microsoft Teams.
