**Job Title**: Trade Execution Coordinator
**Location**: G3 Head Office, Winnipeg (On-Site)
The Trade Execution Coordinator is responsible for the execution of all administrative duties related to Commercial activities, from contract writing, to export documentation preparation, to final invoicing and providing accounting support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Validates G3 sales and purchase contracts in Agrosoft and the G3 Pipeline Planner
- Creates and maintains G3 long form sales and purchase contracts and amendments for rail and vessel executions
- Prepares contract Proformas dependent on commodity and destination
- Manages G3 eDox vessel execution platform
- Issues required analysis and sampling instructions to service providers and government agencies
- Ensures compliance with import and export regulations
- Prepares invoices for commodity/grain deliveries and approves invoices for services rendered
- Ensures accuracy on documentation for Lakers and internal transfers
- Performs vessel lay time calculations and follows up for settlement
- Provides Trader, supplier and customer service by addressing concerns and requests for information
- Complies with requirements of G3’s Food Safety Quality Management System (FSQMS)
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Logistics or related field
- Prefer one year of experience in the Agriculture industry, preferably in Trade Execution / Agriculture industry
- Knowledge of NAEGA, NGFA, GAFTA, FOSFA rules
- Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Excel and common desktop software
- Agrosoft experience would be considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset
