**About the Position**:
Reporting to the Manager, Global Compensation and System, North American Copper Division, the Compensation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data on the various platforms as well as compiling the data and creating reports to respond to salary surveys and various requests. In addition, the incumbent accompanies and supports the consultants in job evaluation requests, analyzing all the data to facilitate recommendations.

Specifically, the incumbent shall:

- Maintain data integrity and accuracy of our Org+, Empath, Ellipse, and JDAP systems;
- Participate in compensation benchmarking studies;
- Prepare reports and letters for regional employees' salary review;
- Prepare monthly reports;
- Prepare various queries providing analytical support as needed;
- Ensure utility access to Org+, Empath, Ellipse, and JDAP systems is compliant with the Privacy Act and user role;
- Collaborate with the HR technician for the creation of positions as well as personnel transfers to be made in the systems;
- Participate in the SuccessFactors human resources system implementation;
- Participate in ad hoc compensation projects and initiatives as needed;
- Perform any other tasks requested by the manager.

Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as an Analyst. A DCS in Human; Resources with relevant experience as an Analyst will also be considered;
- Experience in Human Resources (compensation experience is an asset);
- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential, both oral and written;
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Knowledge of Org+, Ellipse, Empath, and SAP is an asset;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Great attention to detail and confidentiality;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in Excel and Word;
- Ability to prioritize your and your colleagues’ health and safety.
