**A Day in the Life of a Project Manager**

As the Project Manager you supervise all aspects of the residential and commercial restoration projects after something unexpected happens, like a flood or a fire. You are easy to talk to and entrepreneurial by spirit, so your monthly incentive comes to you as that added bonus to make sure you strive and aspire to work hard and make a difference every day.

You love dealing with our clients, and you show them that everything is going to be ok by letting them know what's happening next and that we are going to do the right thing, every time, and work safely and openly, so they can get back to their lives and work again. Furthermore, you enjoy working with Insurance adjusters, and you build on these relationships because you want to give them the sense that their clients are in the best hands and that we will control all aspects of the job from catastrophe to finish.

**Education and Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years experience working in a restoration company in Project Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

And Xactimate
- Customer service orientated, a self starter, goal driven
- Prepared to working on call and after hours and on weekends (we jump into action anytime and anywhere when disaster strikes)
- Valid driver's license & clean drivers abstract - FULL G
- Clean criminal record
