Desired Competencies*
- Be responsible for improving paid ad campaign results and return on investment.
- Be responsible for managing a variety of client accounts and performing daily campaign management activities.
- Able to research, create, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns across various paid ad channels, such as Search, Shopping, Display, Social and Video.
- Can identify areas to improve campaign KPIs through data-driven analysis.
- Able to design and test various creative formats aligned with client branding and objectives.
- Be proactive with strong online research skills and initiative.
- Confidently communicate with clients and team members on a regular basis.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Perform keyword and audience research in alignment with client objectives.
- Conduct campaign and landing page audits to review and analyze areas in need of improvement.
- Compile and present detailed and holistic strategy plans for clients and account managers.
- Write persuasive ad copy and design compelling ad creative.
- Develop and implement paid ad campaigns across Search, Social, Shopping, Display, and Video channels including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and Twitter Ads.
- Strategize and configure full-funnel conversion tracking, including e-commerce.
- Monitor and evaluate paid ad performance to improve KPIs.
- Stay informed on PPC best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.
- Consult with other teams to implement recommendations.
- Be in constant communication with team members via virtual meetings.
- Manage day-to-day Paid Ads tasks and projects.
- Be accountable to individual and department objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Inform stakeholders on required changes.

**Experience and Skills**
- 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a proven track record of launching successful campaigns.
- Experience managing multi-channel PPC campaigns and large budgets effectively.
- Proven ability to design full-funnel lead generation strategies.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to brainstorm solutions.
- Direct experience with all aspects of Paid Ads (keyword research, conversion tracking, campaign build + optimization, creative design, reporting, etc).
- Knowledge of CRO and landing page best practices.
- Ad copy and creative design experience across Search, Display, and Social platforms.
- Experience working with popular Paid Ads tools (SEMRush, Google Ads Editor, SpyFu).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre.
- Extensive understanding of Paid Ads principles, PPC auction, and best practices.
- Strong prioritization skills and excellent project management skills.
- Holistic mindset to align efforts across multiple departments (SEO, content, web, etc).
- Excellent communicator with amazing customer service skills.
- Very strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and Word (or Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs).
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Facebook Blueprint certification would be a plus.
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be a plus.
