**Line Cook**

We’re currently hiring for the role of Line Cook to work under the lead of our Executive Chef. They will be responsible for cooking high quality food within their area and ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook food for a la carte service and events
- Ensure all prepared food is created and served with high quality
- Maintain a safe and clean environment within the kitchen
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of food sensitivities, intolerances, and allergies

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of culinary experience as a Line Cook
- Experience in both banquet style events and a la carte service preferred
- Upscale / Fine Dining experience
- Passion for locally farmed produce and/or interest in cultivating onsite seasonal produce is a bonus

**Other**
- High time (May
- November)
- Low time (November - April)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
