**Title**: Mail and Registry Clerk
**Salary**: $51,823 - $53,180 - $55,900 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Temporary - until July 1, 2025
**Hours**: 37.5 hours (core hours 8:00 - 4:00 Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Sinclair Office - on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - 100% Onsite
**Bargaining Unit**: PSAC Local 22000 (Public Service Alliance of Canada)

**About the role**
As the Reception and Mail Clerk, you will be the primary point of contact in Reception Services at the FNHA Sinclair Centre - 5th Floor Office. You will provide friendly and efficient service delivery to internal and external clients. The Reception and Mail Clerk position, throughout the day and as required, supports mail room service delivery.

**You will**:

- Provide reception services including in person and phone support to visitors, clients and staff
- Coordinate fleet booking and meeting room booking services for FNHA staff
- Maintains custody, distribution and inventory of access cards
- Maintain central supply stocks.
- Support and provide mail processing, sorting, logging and distribution services of incoming and outgoing mail as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Successful completion of two years of secondary school; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of practices involved in sorting and securing mail for delivery

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
