**Position Summary**

**Job Duties**:
2. A point of contact for early childhood education students, educational institution staff and others who are seeking information and assistance on the program.

3. Ensure established criteria and policy is adhered to in the process of distributing bursary and grant allocations

4. ESF/Bursary Policy review and discussions

5. Specialization Grant:

- policy development/discussion when applicable
- applicant communciations when applicable
- general team duties as required

6. Participate in weekly team meetings

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Early Childhood Educator or equivalent (asset)

2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the early years (asset)

3. General knowledge of ECEBC and ESF/Specialization Grant programs (asset)

4. Proficient in computer skills (excel, software, zoom, etc)

**Skills and Abilities**:
1. High level of coordination skills

2. Experience performing administrative duties

3. Ability to multitask and to work well with minimum supervision and under pressure

4. Attention to detail

5. Strong work ethic

6. Good verbal and written communication skills

7. Ability to balance high volume of work

**Compensation**:
Contract: $46,410 annualized salary

Benefits and a work-from-home subsidy commence after probation period.

**Hours of Work**:
5 days per week (35 hours per week, 9am-5pm)

Starting October 15, 2024 (remote/hybrid)

Firm start date to be determined with successful applicant
