Whistler, Canada Rising Knead Bakery Full time

We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, enthusiastic and loves working hands on to create delicious baked goods.
Ideally someone who knows their way around a commercial kitchen and doesn’t mind getting elbows deep in sourdough starter. Self motivated and able to work independently as well as with a small team is important.
We are a fast paced wholesale bakery selling our products weekly at numerous Farmers Markets across the lower mainland and we provide fresh bread products to cafes and restaurants in the Sea to Sky corridor.

Responsibilities will include, forming a variety of breads and viennoiserie, scaling and mixing dough, baking off bread and packaging the product for our clients.

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, able to comfortably lift 50lb bags of dry goods and happy to work on your feet for long hours.
