We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients using billing software.
- Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist in the implementation of billing process improvements and system enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems; experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $51,271.58 per year
