The **Desktop Support Analyst** is integral to the success of the **Technology & IT Services Management **team, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for the support and asset management of all endpoint hardware (mobile devices, workstations, network printers). You will also provide technical assistance to computer system users; using a ticket queue in ServiceNow, you will work based on priorities and ITIL best practices. You will answer questions or resolve technical issues for users in person, or remotely, providing assistance as needed of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail and operating systems.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- College or University Degree in a computer related field or related work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Strong experience in supporting Windows 10 operating systems.
- Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with Dell Hardware.
- Strong experience supporting meeting room devices and other peripherals.
- Experience in providing in-person and remote troubleshooting of Desktop Software.
- Knowledge of ITIL is an asset.
- A+ Certification is an asset.

**Once here you will**:

- Receive, unbox, and track hardware inventory.
- Be responsible for imaging and preparing Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices.
- Be responsible for boxing and shipping hardware to home-based users.
- Create and update documentation about installations.
- Ensure all hardware database information is accurate and updated after assignments.
