- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Previous experience operating CNC milling machines
- Proficient in welding, assembling, and fabricating metal parts
- Solid knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for programming machines
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions
- Forklift certification is a plus
