Position: Growth and Marketing Manager

Company Description: We are a **digital health platform** that is dedicated to providing affordable and convenient healthcare to all. Our **online pharmacy** allows customers to order prescription medications, health supplements, and personal care products from the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a **Growth and Marketing Manager** to help us drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and to build our brand in the competitive healthcare market.

Compensation: This position has a base salary + performance bonuses and potential stock options

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use this information to inform marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience of the online pharmacy, including website design, user interface, and product offering
- Develop and manage a content marketing strategy, including creating blog posts, social media content, and other educational materials to engage customers and build the company's brand
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, conversion rates, and website traffic
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing and ecommerce, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or ecommerce industry
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, as well as the digital marketing landscape
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
- Experience with content marketing, including creating blog posts, social media content, and other educational materials
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, website design, and user experience optimization
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
