**The Village of Arbour Trails, located in Guelph, Ontario h**as an exciting opportunity for **a TEMP Full-Time DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR **to join their Retirement Team.

**SHIFTS: 11:30 am - 7:30 pm + alternating weekends.**

**Shift Details**:Work every second weekend and potential for rotational on-call

**As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will**:

- Hold a **Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution in a related field** or equivalent combination of education and experience
- **Lead and support a team of servers** with hands-on training, coaching and leadership while assisting the Director of Hospitality with shift scheduling and supervision
- **Current Food Handlers Certificate and Smart Serve certification**:

- Supervise the dining room, answering all requests professionally while putting excellent customer service first, ensuring a seamless mealtime experience
- Use your creative flare for meal delivery, creative food preparation and presentation along with their passion for exceptional customer service to plan, organize and manage special events
- **Have 2-3 years of previous experience in a leadership role**

**It would be an asset if our new Dining Room Supervisor has**:

- Knowledge of the nutritional needs of seniors
- Previous experience working in an Long-Term Care or Retirement setting
