Operational data processing Clerk

Job Summary: This position is a hybrid role of DFI entries for JZ/AA/WS, WSIB claims, and Administration support. The job duties are a blend of special project work relating to Intelex reports and follow-ups, PF Events, Overseeing our stock orders, General billing, etc. These functions also include a variety of administrative tasks in support of the field operations.

Job Duties:
Operational data processing Clerk:

- Using data to assist operation teams
- Preparing reports and presenting to leadership and field operations
- Completing the process of WSIB claims
- Entering Direction Finding Indicator (DFI)
- Take initiative with Intelex reports and follow-ups
- Handling PrimeFlight Events
- Overseeing our stock orders
- General billing for the department
- Monitoring data quality and making necessary updates

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school/GED
- Must be able to pass a background check, and be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- must be proficient in excel, data processing, general computer knowledge
- Must possess reliable transportation to work
- Must attend every day of pre-employment training. All prospective staff must pass training to continue on with employment

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job may require supervision of workers at the direction of the Station Management.

Certificates and Licenses:
No certifications needed.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to write accurate reports.

Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal and Oral Communication.

Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in excel, data processing, general computer knowledge
