**What you will do**:

- Work directly with mentees to provide personalized career coaching, including career transition and transformation strategies
- Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring mentees get the most beneficial terms and conditions
- Actively search for job leads that align with the career goals of the subscribers
- Answer general career-related queries, such as LinkedIn optimization, resume tips, cover letter creation, interview preparation, and more
- Design and deliver workshops or webinars on job search strategies, interviewing skills, LinkedIn optimization, resume writing, and other career-related topics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the job market and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the rest of the career services team to monitor subscriber career progress and ensure satisfaction

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- A minimum of **3-5 years of experience in career coaching **or a related role
- Strong understanding of the job market, compensation bands and hiring processes across various industries
- Proficiency in LinkedIn optimization and resume building
- Ability to work with individuals at all career stages, from entry-level to executives
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

**Will be a great plus**:
