**WORK-INTEGRATED LEARNING AND CAREER EDUCATION CENTRE**
WE ARE GROWING and looking to fill 4 Career Coach positions We have current vacancies for 3 Career Coach positions supporting students in the Early Learning and Child Care Program, and 1 Career Coach position supporting students in the Day Home Provider Program. These are term positions that will end on April 30, 2025, however with the possibility of extension.
**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
- Support students in their career journey by providing coaching on résumé writing, interview preparation, goal setting, job searching, and more.
- Create opportunities for students to connect their academic experiences to the real world through Work-Integrated Learning experiences.
- Engage all stakeholders: students, faculty, and employer-partners to develop mutually beneficial learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with WILCEC Leadership to start small, think big, and find ways forward.
- Develop students' workforce relevance through curriculum development, presentations, workshops, and more.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Experience working in the relevant program field is an asset.
- A diploma or degree in education, human resources, management or relevant field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in post-secondary environment or hiring and recruiting environment with knowledge of employability skills and career development techniques and strategies.
- Experience with various student demographics, such as:
- International students, immigrants, refugees, at risk individuals or newcomers.
- Previous experience with providing individualized support for each student.
- Previous experience teaching or creating and delivering workshops and presentations.
- A willingness to support your team, employer-partners, and other stakeholder.
- A valid driver's license.

- Willingness and ability to travel to employer-partner sites around Edmonton.
**SALARY**: $54,028-$70,193 reflective upon what you bring. AKA your education and experience.
