Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur de la logistique, le Représentant de livraison est chargé de la livraison des commandes en prévente et de la cueillette de produits retournés en fournissant un service à la clientèle supérieur. Il doit aussi agir comme support du Représentant des ventes dans le processus de collecte des chèques. QUALIFICATIONS - Diplôme secondaire ou diplôme de formation générale préféré - Un (1) an ou plus expérience en conduire commerciale - Ne doit pas avoir eu plus de 1 contravention de conduite ou accident (quoi que ce soit d'autre que des billets de stationnement) - Capacité de conduire un camion de livraison d'une manière sécuritaire et responsable. La sécurité est une priorité - Capacité de conduire dans toutes les conditions météorologiques et un environnement où la température est en constante évolution - Doit être capable de soulever/transporter fréquemment 16 kg (35 lb) pendant 8 à 10 heures par jour - Capacité de créer et d’entretenir des relations professionnelles à tous les échelons de l’entreprise (collègues, groupes de travail, clients, superviseurs) - Possède des compétences en service à la clientèle - Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome et en tant que membre d’une équipe - Capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps, très bon sens de l’organisation, avec d’excellentes compétences en gestion du temps - Très minutieux et fiable - Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale - Souci du détail avec d'excellentes pratiques de suivi - Conduite d’un camion de livraison d'une manière sécuritaire et responsable (expert niveau) - Permis de conduire commercial (PCC) de classe 1 valide RESPONSABILITÉS - Chargé de conduire un camion de livraison d'une manière sécuritaire et responsable. Effectue une inspection du véhicule avant et après voyage - Chargé de livrer les produits à nos clients et fournir un service à la clientèle supérieur - Recueille les produits retournés conformément aux directives et remet au client une note de crédit - Effectue une inspection du véhicule avant et après voyage - Remplit les documents et en fait l'administration - Enregistre les écarts et informe le bureau du répartiteur pour résoudre les problèmes (transactions d’ajustement) - Autres tâches selon les affectations

**Summary**

Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of pre-sales orders and pick up of returned products by providing superior customer service. In addition, this position also acts as a back up to the Sales Representative in the collection of checks process.

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible to drive a delivery van in a safe and responsible manner. Conduct pre and post vehicle inspection
- Responsible to deliver products to our clients/customers and provide superior customer service
- Collect products for returns according to instructions and provide the customer a credit note
- Conduct pre and post vehicle inspection
- Complete the administration and paper work
- Record order discrepancies and inform the Dispatch Office for resolution (adjustment transactions)

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to drive a delivery van in a safe and responsible manner
- Safety as first priority
- Capacity to drive in all weather conditions and temperature changing environment
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry 35 lbs for 8 to 10 hours daily
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Demonstrates customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Must have professional appearance

**Qualifications**
- One (1) year or more Commercial driving experience required
- Must not have more than 1 moving violation or accidents(anything other than parking) required
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A
