Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Process Operations Supervisor on our Continuous Improvement team on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide functional direction and leadership for all Process Operators regarding unit operations, unit start-up, unit shut-down, training, safety, and more to ensure smooth and on-specification operation of the Process Units.
- Oversee and support process operations by keeping employees motivated and focused, reviewing staffing requirements, ensuring regular product sampling, and communicating all tank swings, blend changes or adjustments, daily orders, and standing orders to keep all unit specs on target.
- Consult across zones and facilitate continuous improvement-based workshops to drive ideas, strategies, and solutions.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and managing day to day operations activities, with an emphasis on planning, monitoring, quality, and overall efficiency across zones.
- Assume the role of Area Maintenance Supervisor for a process unit during turnaround to coordinate all process procedures and maintenance staff to place the units into idle, shutdown, or running states.

You will provide support and advice to the Process, Continuous Improvement, and Planning teams to promote workflow efficiency, implement programs/practices, ensure compliance, and support turnaround activities.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Process Operations and:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, plus 6 years of experience within an industrial or production environment (a combined 8+ years of relevant, progressively responsible experience).
- You have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of post-secondary/technical training. Power Engineering certification (minimum 4th class) is a strong asset. **Any relevant education and experience may be considered.**:

- You have strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and an ability to problem solve.
