**Lieu de travail**: 2365 Rue Charbonneau, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 5C9, Canada
**Horaire**: Notre poste de conducteur flexible vous permet de sélectionner des quarts de travail d’une durée maximale de 8 heures. Obligatoire de faire 8 quarts par mois

Cet emploi est assorti des avantages suivants:

We're hiring flexible delivery drivers in Trois-Rivières
- Wage: $20.38/hr
- Location: 2365 Rue Charbonneau, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 5C9
- Shift times: Our Flex Driver role permits you to select shifts up to 8 hours in length. Mandatory to do 8 shifts a months

FedEx Express will provide a vehicle for you to complete the deliveries.

It also comes with:

- Personal Spending Account of $300 - eligible after 200 hours of work

This can be put towards childcare services, elder care expenses, domestic services such as house cleaning and much more
- Tuition Reimbursement of $1000 - eligible after 200 hours work

Encourages employees to attain additional formal training and pursue continuing education.

What do we need from you?

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Valid or graduated driver's license (depending on province)
Must work 8 shift per month
Ability to lift 70 lbs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

- High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

- Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements

Minimum number of years required for entry to this job
- None
- One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred

Amount of time required to learn or adjust to the job
- 3 months

Other specific mandatory experience requirements
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)

Technical Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of the following:
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training

Ability to lift 70 lbs

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations an asset.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
