**工作职责 Responsibilities and Requirements**:

3. 管理招聘流程，确保公司拥有多样化、高效能的团队。Manage the recruitment process to ensure the company has a diverse and high-performing team.

4. 实施培训和发展计划，提升员工技能和绩效水平。Implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills and performance levels.

5. 参与招聘流程，确保高质量的招聘和人才引进。Participate in the recruitment process to ensure high-quality hiring and talent acquisition.

6. 确保公司遵循相关法规和政策，保持良好的劳动关系。Ensure company compliance with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining positive labor relations.

**职位要求 Qualifications**:
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关领域专业背景。Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Human Resource Management or a related field.

2. 至少2年人力资源专业经验，具备员工绩效考核和薪酬设计经验。Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human resources, with expertise in employee performance evaluation and compensation design.

3. 出色的沟通和协调能力，团队合作精神。Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong spirit of teamwork.

5. 熟悉相关法规和劳动法规定。 Familiarity with relevant regulations and labor laws.
