**Job Duties**:

- Schedule customer transfers via phone or E-Mail
- Train and oversee shuttle dispatching assistants and drivers
- Assign and direct shuttle bus drivers
- Ensure smooth flow in cooperation with Customer Service Supervisor and Demo Coordinator
- Perform general and specific administrative duties
- Assist with stocking of items for Food Bank
- Periodic reception relief duty
- Promote a positive culture of success, fairness and discipline
- Helping out other departments as needed

- Be reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Have a friendly outgoing personality and love working with an international clientele
- Be fluent in English (additional languages are always a bonus)

- German or Dutch speaking is considered an asset
