Role: The company is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our sales team.
Location: Media Graph offices located at 300 Montée de Liesse, Montréal, Québec, Canada H4t 1N9.
Objectives of this role:
- Reporting to the Director of sales on MG - Print & Display and TLS Lightbox divisions, will be responsible to develop a territory in the North American market.
- The position relies on a broad experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goals.
- Regional sales manager is responsible with prospecting and qualifying clients, ultimately building a sustainable pipeline to increase sales year over year.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop the customer base in the region.
- Implement an action plan in the region in accordance with company sales objectives.
- Present product solutions to customers and potential customers.
- Conduct efficient prospecting and walk-ins with potential customers.
- Utilize internal sales system to centralize sales funnel and client communications.
- Monitor competitive trends and pressures within territory.
- Identify market opportunities.
- Maintain contact with all customers in the allocated territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Result oriented Sales professional with the drive to succeed.
- Have a proven sales record
- Be detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable and responsible.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, engagement and ressourcefulness
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual (English and French). English is necessary to serve our customers and suppliers based in the
United States and outside Quebec.
- Flexibility to travel within Canada and USA.
- Have a strong sense of time managerment
- Have experience in customer service
- Ability to work within a team
Salary & Benefits:
- From $100K per year - Base + Commission.
- 100% paid health care coverage (including dental, life & disability insurance).

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
