**Role impact**:
**What you will deliver**:

- Under mínimal supervision, responsible for technical administration of the Ivalua implementation
- Conduct research and assist Manager and Technical Lead with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of solutions
- Work as part of a cross-functional team with CF Operations Services
- Manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production environments
- Manage incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
- Act as a designated contact for Ivalua customer management and support teams
- Support supplier enablement activities

**What you need to succeed**:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with procurement software, preferably Ivalua
- Familiarity with all aspects of procurement process, from source to payment
- Sound understanding of Finance, Network, Infrastructure and Information Security
