**Job Summary**:
**Job Accountabilities**:

- Monitor and maintain productivity targets, emphasizing efficiency improvement and cost of goods reduction.
- Communicate and drive key performance goals (throughput, efficiency, waste, labour costs, compliance with schedule, etc.)
- Ensure all production targets are being met throughout shifts; analyze and correct shortfalls with immediate actions.
- Lead, promote and recommend improvement initiatives, including Health and Safety, people, processes, and equipment/machinery and ensure plant improvement initiatives are implemented and sustained regularly.
- Collaborate with Employees and Managers to reduce downtime, maintain efficient use of labour, and achieve objectives set for the plant.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous leadership and supervisory experience in a production setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Possesses strong problem solving, and communication skills to foster positive relationship with other employees.
- Demonstrated success in teamwork, handling changes well, and continuous improvement.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Food processing: 2 years (required)
