**Description**:
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field work activities in our Kapuskasing location. Your primary duties will include directing and coordinating field work, assigning daily tasks to crews based on schedules, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, and maintaining organizational efficiency in the yard and fleet.

**Duties & Responsabilities**
- Direct and coordinate field work
- Line up crews for daily work assignments based on schedule
- Ensure crews are working safely and following all required procedures.
- Miscellaneous duties
- Visit employees on job sites to assess performance and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Provide daily reports on activity
- Keep yard / fleet organized

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid DZ license is required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a field work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively lead and motivate field crews.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
