**Job Purpose**

Is responsible to oversee scheduling and allocating production in manufacturing departments for our Wire, Chain and Synthetics. This person will work closely with managers, team members, and company executives to identify the production needs of the business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop production schedules for the fabrication departments to adhere to
- Check inventory of raw materials used to build and work with procurement to get stuff ordered.
- Plan and implement changes to production dates based on machinery and equipment availability or personnel issues.
- Responsible for all the paper flow of where work orders print
- Double checking to ensure work orders are correct and making any changes necessary to ensure items are built correctly.
- Working with branches to help fabricate to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Working knowledge of AIMS, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management & prioritization skills as well very organized
- Allocate parts to be picked for manufacturing
- Accuracy and attention to detail

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of Titan Supply’s products and fabrication procedures
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Computer and basic math skills
