IGG Canada is a division of IGG - I Got Games, a global interactive digital entertainment company that specializes in the development of and operation of Mobile Games. Established in 2006, IGG was founded with the aim of becoming a leading massively multiplayer game publisher and developer. The company has rapidly expanded its global operations, through strategic partnerships with popular gaming platforms such as Facebook, iOS, Amazon, Google Play, Kongregate and many others. IGG currently operates studios in China, Philippines, Singapore, the U.S. and Canada which opened its doors in 2014.

The gameplay animator we are looking for needs to create game animation for our mobile game.

**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality body animation art assets for use in-game
- Create expressive keyframe character animation that portrays multiple emotions in a variety of aesthetic acting styles.
- Use both Maya and in-house experimental tools to implement animated characters and objects.
- Use proprietary animation pipelines and workflow
- Make sure all work is clean and organized with regard to assets within each file and file structure and storage.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors on innovative approaches to tackle assignments.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience with animation in television, film or 3 years of games industry experience
- Experience with using Maya, 3dMax, or similar 3D animation software
- Experience with layout and camera animations.
- Basic rigging skills and experience.
- Independently find and communicate creative solutions to problems.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Understanding of human movement, and detailed knowledge of functional human anatomy
- Ability to take direction and actively seek clarification from the supervisor.

**Bonus**
- Experience with Unity engine
- Shipped at least one game in the role of gameplay animator
