**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A unique opportunity to join the dynamic team at the Osler Bluff Ski Club - committed to enhancement of our member and guest experience. This is a new hands-on role, responsible to support day-to-day landscaping, trail operations and repairs.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build and maintain relationships with other Club staff.
- Support day to day activities such as landscape projects, grass cutting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, repairs, etc.
- Oversee assignments and special projects and maintenance functions. E.g., Tree planting, Support special projects such as sod installation, hardscaping, rink installation, trail construction, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace that adheres environmental and safety processes and legislations.
- Support any record keeping as appropriate.
- Interact and converse with members, guests, and other employees in a friendly, courteous, and co-operative manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards members, guests, and other employees.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Perform all tasks safely in accordance with the health and safety policies.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of up to 40 lbs.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform physically demanding activities e.g., lifting equipment, sitting for period of time, walking up and down stairs, standing for long periods of time.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to execute a range of job duties and changing priorities.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess professional maturity and impeccable integrity.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
