Our Company is currently seeking a **Marketing Content Specialist**, to join our marketing team in Richmond, BC.

We are looking for an energetic, creative and detail-oriented individual to drive our channel marketing initiatives across North America. As the Channel Marketing Specialist, you’ll work with the BSG and Hospitality sales teams to develop and drive B2B channel marketing initiatives specific to key distributors, national accounts and integrator partners. You’ll use your savvy to leverage both modern with old-school marketing strategies to help achieve corporate goals and objectives. The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for providng Channel Marketing support for the SNOM and VTech brands in the Business and Hospitality Channels. This position will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITES**
- Support the Marketing team in planning, development, and roll-out of channel enablement tools, lead generation campaigns for partner use, partner portal content, partner newsletters, promotions, and training.
- Support the Sales team in managing channel-enablement programs, including partner conferences, webinars, and all sales collateral including partner co-branded collateral.
- Support Product Managers with marketing assets and activities related to new product launches and promotion of existing products for partners, distributors and resellers.
- Specifically, responsible for writing various forms of copy and editor responsibilities for the following e-communications activities:

- Website content (landing pages, blogs, infographics, banners, case studies, flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Video storyboarding and script development
- Press releases
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize new and existing content in accordance with market trends to increase readership
- Collaborate through communication and teamwork with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous, and professional manner.
- Work independently and collaboratively and manage time effectively to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
- Conform and abide by all laws, regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions and VTech’s Rules of Engagement.
- Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Microsoft Word, Exel, and PowerPoint, with Office365 preferred. Must also have Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop knowledge.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, persuasiveness, and adaptability skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and collaborative skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Business-to-Business channels and specific partner and reseller marketing levers.
- Strong working experience managing marketing initiatives for a manufacturer, or service provider where joint marketing strategies are developed and implemented to enable solution sales through partner channels.
- Able to operate within the organization's formal and informal structures, builds relationships across departments, to build consensus and create results; is appropriately diplomatic, understands others' roles and perspectives.
- Establishes project goals, milestones, and procedures, defines roles and responsibilities, acquires project resources, coordinates projects throughout company, monitors project progress, and manages multiple projects.
- Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
- Meets all team deadlines and responsibilities, listens to others and values opinions, helps team leader to meet goals, welcomes newcomers, and promotes a team atmosphere.

**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing with an emphasis on Channel Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field; or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform essential functions of this role.
