_CIK Telecom is one of the largest telecommunication companies in Canada, offering High Speed Internet, Digital Home Phone and IPTV. CIK is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2003. Our headquarters is located in Toronto and has offices in Montreal, Vancouver, and overseas. We are looking for friendly, responsible, enthusiastic, dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Technical Support team._

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks for DSL/Cable internet, Digital Home Phone, and IPTV service
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Develop strong understanding of company’s products
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Assist other departments to follow up any customer issues
- Other responsibilities if assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalency
- Telecommunications experience and knowledge about DSL, Cable CPE would be an asset
- Solid knowledge about networking/computer
- Previous experience working in a customer service setting would be an asset
- Energetic with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work hours and overtimes
- Fluent English (written & verbal); French/Chinese would be an asset
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean drive’s abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
