International Shipping Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new business opportunities in Canada for international shipping services.
- Identify potential clients, establish contact, and build strong relationships to understand their shipping needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipelines using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
