On est à la recherche d'un représentant du service à la clientèle et support aux operations exceptionnel pour se joindre à notre équipe La mission est d'assurer une coordination efficace et efficiente entre notre compagnie et nos clients.

**Conditions d'emploi**

**Taches de service à la clientèle / support aux operations**
- Répondre aux questions générales (prix, délais de livraison, produits, etc.)
- Effectuer des suivis avec les clients pour les commandes de produits et gérer ou transmettre toute préoccupation et s'assurer que les changements appropriés ont été apportés pour résoudre les préoccupations des clients ;
- Traiter les demandes particulières et en faire le suivi auprès de la production
- Agir a titre d'agent de liaison entre les distributeurs et les clients
- Mettre a jour les dossiers des clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de production afin de répondre aux attentes des clients en matière de service et de les dépasser ;
- Point de contact principal pour les clients.

- Connaissance de l’ERP d’EPICOR serait un grand atout.

Job Location: Laval, QC

**Customer service / operations support duties**

Answer general questions (prices, delivery times, products, etc.)
Follow up with customers on product orders and manage or escalate any concerns and ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customer concerns;
Handle special requests and follow up with production
Act as a liaison between distributors and customers
Update customer files
Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet and exceed customer service expectations;
Primary point of contact for customers.

Knowledge of EPICOR's ERP would be a great asset.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
