**Title**: Co-op Student, Planning & Performance
**Salary**: $22.44 - $25.50 - $28.05 per hour
**Contract**: Fixed Term; March 15, 2024 - August 31, 2024
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9:00am-3:00pm)
**Location**: Sinclair Centre on the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam Nations - Metro Vancouver

**About the role**
As a Co-op Student, Planning & Performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization, supporting the planning, development, review, and implementation of strategic planning, reporting, and performance measurement practices. Your work will involve analyzing strategic information from across the organization, crafting content for the annual report, preparing insightful reports for the board, and creating compelling presentations and public-facing documents. You have a unique opportunity to contribute to key strategic decisions, enhance your professional skills, and make a meaningful impact within a team that values innovation and excellence.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master’s degree in community planning, public policy, or health-related sciences
- Use sound judgment to make good decisions based on information gathered and analyzed.
- Analyze problems by gathering and organizing all relevant information, then coming up with appropriate solutions.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to share and receive information, and collaborate within and across groups.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
