**Position and Responsibilities**

As a member of the health safety and training department, you will provide support to meet site requirements by working with various stakeholder groups to provide a full range of administrative, clerical and data entry assistance for departmental programs and projects to support consistency and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities include providing technical support; creation and revision of procedures, work instructions, and permits; travel arranging; distribution of meeting agendas, minutes and statistical data; creating presentations; maintenance and filing of departmental central files; maintaining and ordering of supplies; assisting with onsite and offsite events and promotions; providing visitor and contractor support, and other duties as required.

**Education and Qualifications**

Requirements of the position:

- Certificate or diploma in administration from a college or other accredited institution
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an administration environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a busy office team environment

As Asset:

- Experience in record keeping and file management systems
