Library Clerk (C) Sheppard P.S. The library clerk will play an important role in the school in encouraging the love of reading and providing access to resources for learning, and promoting use of resources in print and digital formats. The successful applicant for this Educational Support Staff position Level C will work 23 hours per week, 10 months per year, effective as soon as possible. Hours of Work: TBD Responsibilities Charging, discharging, shelving and repairing loaned materials; Assisting staff and students in the use of the library and locating resources using the integrated library system; Handling overdues, statistical records and correspondence; Filing and processing new materials, Ministry software, etc; and Monitoring library automation hardware and audiovisual equipment and accessories. Other duties as assigned.
