**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a talented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the practice.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently, utilizing our practice management software.
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately to facilitate smooth payment transactions.
- Maintain patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents to support the efficient functioning of the practice.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to coordinate patient care and optimize workflow.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a Dental or Medical receptionist role is a must.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Tracker, Dentrix, Curve..) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
