**Job Duties**:
- Encourage a winning attitude and enable the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through a high standard of customer service, leading by example- Sell new and used vehicles through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas- Assist and support the Sales Consultants in all aspects of the sales process aligning them with sales goals and revenue objectives- Coach and develop sales staff and conduct training presentations on product knowledge, facilitate team meetings and one-on-one coaching- Conduct sales forecasts, weekly/monthly status reports, and issue purchase orders in a timely manner- Accurately monitor inventory and update client database as required
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved professionally and build long-lasting relationships with customers

**Ideal Requirements**:
- Experience in leading and motivating teams and a proven track record of exceptional customer service- Self-starter with the ability to plan, set and achieve goals- 3-5 years of retail sales and management experience
- Leadership and sales experience in automotive retail would be considered an asset
