We are seeking a Project Manager, who enjoys working outside, has strong work ethic, good teamwork skills and leadership experience.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Create documentation for project plans, project status reports, timelines, project issues and risks as needed for projects assigned
- Identifying and pursuing way to improve our systems, processes and methodologies
- Working closing with our clients to ensuring we’re meeting their expectations
- Manage and establish project communications strategies to keep all related stakeholders informed
- Interacting with suppliers/vendors and functional peer groups
- Manage project budget including cash flows, costs, and approvals for vendor transactions
- Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associate work; create contingency plans to mitigate risk

Project Manager Requirements:

- Proven relationship management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong proficiency to Microsoft Office Suite and CoConstruct is an asset
- University degree or equivalent
- Valid Ontario driver’s license, as well as transportation to work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required

**Job Type**:Full-Time Position

**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience, plus company vehicle and project bonus

**Location**: Muskoka Region

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
